Registration and Ordering:The customer fills out the contact form on our website, providing personal data and the desired learning mode (individual or group).Upon receiving your inquiry, our manager will contact you, provide additional information, and offer a free trial lesson (30 minutes).If the customer agrees to a trial lesson, a convenient time for both the customer and the teacher will be arranged. The customer will receive a link to the online classroom.After the trial lesson, the manager will contact the customer again and offer learning options: individual lessons (packages) or group classes.
Order Confirmation:Upon receipt of the order, our manager will contact the customer to clarify details and the schedule of lessons, and send an invoice or payment link.
Payment:After selecting the service package or participating in the group course, the manager will issue an invoice via email.Upon receipt of the invoice, the customer makes the payment according to the details provided in the invoice.Our school is registered in Ukraine, and we operate in accordance with applicable Ukrainian laws.Payment can be made in Euro (via SEPA transfer) or in Hryvnia (if you have an account with a Ukrainian bank in this currency).Since Ukraine is not part of the EU, currency transfers to Ukrainian accounts are routed through intermediary banks, in our case, Clear Junction Limited Bank. These intermediary banks facilitate transactions between different currency areas, thus facilitating the transfer of funds to countries outside the EU, such as Ukraine.
Upon receipt of payment, our manager will send you a payment confirmation, and then you can start your lessons.
Lessons:Lessons are conducted online according to the established schedule.Individual lessons last 45 minutes.Individual lessons can be scheduled according to agreed-upon individual schedules.Group classes are held according to the group schedule.Lessons within the individual packages must be used within a specified period: up to 12 lessons - within 3 months, 13-19 lessons - within 6 months, 20-25 lessons - within 8 months.If for certain serious reasons a participant of individual lessons cannot continue, they may take a break. The duration of the break will be agreed upon individually.Please note our cancellation policy and ensure that you cancel the lesson at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled session.
Group Classes:Every 2-3 months, we form a new group for beginners.Group sessions are held once a week in the evenings and last 1 hour and 30 minutes.The schedule is coordinated in advance with the participants and the teacher.If there are any changes before the course begins and you cannot attend the course at the specified time, you can wait for the next course and join then.If you do not agree with this proposed schedule and option, you have the option to receive a refund of your course fee or convert the fee into individual lessons in the individual format.The beginner group course lasts for 11 weeks and covers level A1.1. Participation in group classes under the same conditions may be extended with the agreement of the course participants and the group.
Refund Policy:Monetary amounts can only be refunded if we have not conducted the group course as agreed beforehand. In other cases, no refunds are provided.
Material Purchase:Payment for materials is made at the time of purchase.Upon purchasing e-books, customers receive them immediately at the email address provided during the order.
Material Delivery:Electronic materials are sent to the customer's email address within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
